Please note that this list is not necessarily exhaustive and 
does not imply an endorsement of any kind for the businesses mentioned. 
Also, although HISTNEUR-L is a good place for dealers to announce their 
websites/homepages and the availability of new catalogs (many 
subscribers will welcome this information, I believe), please conduct 
business (posting actual lists of books, offering individual books, 
placing orders, etc.) off the list.
