Found this in a list discussion of words, a propos of the recent
lexicographic discussions on this list; the context implied that the writer
was somewhat surprised by the Latin-Greek combination:
-dyslexia- here the Greek *legein* is paired with the Latin root *dys*,
"abnormal, impaired"

*dys* is Greek, not Latin. Perfectly regular formation. cf.:
dyspepsia, dysarthria, dystopia...
