Dr Lichterman, Thank you very much for your reply. Your article would certainly be of great interest to me, but I've been unable to get a copy. The publication Acta Neurochir does not have electronic files for issues prior to 1995, so its not available thru any of the standard online sources. I've asked NYU to borrow the print material for me from another university, but they're not having much success. Do you know where I could find it? The other two articles you mentioned were only published in Russian, as far as I have been able to tell. Unfortunately, I am limited to English-language publications. Sally Dricks
