According to the editorial of the first issue by the new editor (89/1&2 = 2003), the Journal will include from now onward also a section the history of sciences. This issue already contains a group of three papers on "Medicine and Myth in the Literature of the Plague Years": - Christine Clark-Evans, The Poetic Brain: Neuroscience and Myth in the Poetry of Louise Labe and Pierre de Ronsard - Melissa Smith, The Playhouse as Plaguehouse in Early Modern Revenge Tragedy - Rebecca C.N. Totaro, Plague Messengers: Communicating Hope and Dispair in England, 1550-1750 I invite you to submit papers and I'll be pleased to serve as a liaison in my quality of Chair of the History Committee of the Academy.
