The Multi-Dimensional Human Embryo Project 
 has downloadable PDF files of 
axial, sagittal, and coronal MRI image datasets for stages including 
22, along with bibiliographical references to atlases of human embryos 
(if someone on the list can't recommend a particular one to you; our 
copies are all out on loan, so I can't check the print resources).  
Likewise, the University of New South Wales has online serial sections 
of a Carnegie Stage 22 embryo:
