Paper: "Ricardo Miledi and the calcium hypothesis of neurotransmitter release" by Jade-Ming Jeng (Nature Reviews Neuroscience, January 2002)



Jade-Ming Jeng, a member of the Medical Scientist Training Program and 
the Department of Neurobiology and Behavior, University of California, 
Irvine (UCI), was one of two first-prize winners of UCI's Ralph Waldo 
Gerard Prize in the History of Neuroscience (for details, see the 
archived announcement at:

Her paper based on the award-winning manuscript, "Ricardo Miledi and 
the calcium hypothesis of neurotransmitter release", was published this 
month in _Nature Reviews Neuroscience_ (January 2002, 3:71-76).  It is
