20th Annual Conference, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, 2001
The European Society for the History of the Human Sciences

CALL FOR PAPERS

14 - 18 August 2001

Papers, Posters, or Symposia may deal with any aspect of the history of the
Human Sciences or with related historiographical issues. Since this will be
the twentieth conference of ESHHS (formerly Cheiron-Europe), presentations
highlighting Twenty Years of ESHHS/Cheiron and/or Twenty Years of the
History of the Human Sciences will be particularly welcome.

ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 1 APRIL 2001
PAPERS: submit a 500 - 750 word abstract plus brief bibliography (*)
POSTERS: submit a 500 - 750 word abstract.
SYMPOSIA: submit an abstract (250 words) describing the symposium as a
whole and an abstract (500 - 750 words) from each of the participants.

All submissions must be in triplicate. Please send Abstracts & Posters to
the members of the program committee:
