*About HOPOS and the HOPOS Newsletter*

The History Of Philosophy Of Science (HOPOS) Working Group is dedicated to
the study of historical topics in philosophy of science, from Aristotle to
the very recent past. Our most recent academic meeting took place at the
University of Vienna in July, 2000; the next meeting will take place in
Montréal, Canada in 2002.

The HOPOS Newsletter is published electronically two to three times a year
and features reviews of books on topics related to the history of the
philosophy of science.
