Actually, its a big oil company...Sun Oil Company (Sunoco) used the caduceus
as one of its corporate logos (usually placed over the office door of the gas
station) for many years.  There is a neurological connection, however: at one
time, Sun used mercury as part of the refining process for its motor oils 
("Mercury
Refined"), until the obvious health risk made the process unsavory.
