Greetings.  I am a new student member to this discussion group, and I am
writing today to request information regarding a research project I am
currently pursuing.  

The investigation focuses on the formation of mutual autopsy societies in
the late 19th century.  These societes, which characterized the weight and
dimensions of the brains of esteemed figures, included the Mutual Autopsy
Society of Paris, the Cornell Brain Association, and the American
Anthropometric Society.  

If anyone can provide sources that would be worthwhile to examine, I would
appreciate it.
