David Ferrin?

Historians of Neuroscience,

The "Founders of Neurology" web site and U Illinois, Chicago, has a page
on Paul Broca, in which it is claimed that one David Ferrin (1843-1928)
"is responsible for naming this region [of the brain] 'Broca’s
convolution- the motor speech area.'" I can find no other reference to
Ferrin. Can someone out there clue me in?

Thanks, and best regards,
