Hi,
I am a library tech. at a local primary school. Someone
has donated an old computer (I.B.M.). It is a 368 with 6meg
of ram, A 5.2' and 3.5' inch disk drives. My problem is
that someone has erased most of the operating system (windows 3.1),
it has basis (and I do mean very Basic) functions. i.e.. we have
the most basic word program we can run on the computer, however I
cannot seem to get shortcuts to function, so we have to access
the programs either through the 'run' or 'open' functions in the
start menu in windows. Now I was going to reinstall the O.S.
however the computers will not read anything from the disk drives
(either from the run function in windows or from D.O.S..
Please help me,
Ngaire Taylor.
