This half-day workshop will help you understand copyright legislation,
works in "public domain", and the concept of fair use in libraries and
education.
You will leave the workshop with an increased understanding of the
following:
* What is copyright?
* What can be copyrighted?
* What items are in the "public domain?"
* Special exemptions for non-profit education institutions.
* Fair use in libraries
* Classroom/teaching issues
