Regulatory Operations Records Management Services provides a variety of
systems and services to facilitate the proper management of key documents
for Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Research, including the essential
clinical trial records that support regulatory dossiers. This ensures that
we meet our regulatory and legal obligations with respect to records
management as well as ensuring the documents are available to meet Pfizer's
business needs.
The Records Specialist will have involvement with IT projects with the
objective of introducing new, or improving on existing IT systems used in
RMS and in process improvement initiatives to our records management
practices for clinical and regulatory records.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate, preferably with records or
information management content. They are likely to have a minimum of three
years experience in a recognised records or information management position
in a company of similar size. A good understanding of the principles of
life cycle management and IT system development and implementation are
required. Experience of project management and the implementation of change
would also be valuable. Excellent relationship building skills will be
essential as the post operates within a wide range of people up to senior
director level, giving presentations on the progress of your projects.
