 Responsible for developing and maintaining the corporate historical
 records  and overseeing archival policy.

 Requirements:  BS or BA and MLA preferred.  At least 5 years experience in
a  corporate archive/library.  Team player.  "Sense and feel" for history.
 Knowledge of audio and/or video industry preferred.  Excellent written
and oral communication skills.
