The Society of California Archivists is offering the James V. Mink
Scholarship to a student currently enrolled in an archival education
program or one who has recently completed such a program and has less
than one year experience working in the field.

The scholarship provides $350 toward attendance at the Annual Meeting,
held this year at the Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco,
April 29-May 1.

For additional information and/or an application form contact Chuck
Wilson at cwilson@library.ucla.edu.  Deadline for submission of
applications is March 15, 1999.
