made great strides since it start-up just three short years ago. For the
past two years we have been working closely with an archival consultant
and a full-time contract archivist to ensure that archival policies and
procedures are in place and preservation of our collections has begun.

New facilities in the hospital have been built to accomodate the Conservancy

Enjoy the Christmas Holidays and the Beginnings of What We Trust Will
Be an Adventureous New Year - Robert G. Marshall, Head Archivist, The
Urban Archives Center, California State University, Northridge.

P.S. Personally, I think this is an excellent group of people to work
with. As the first consultant for the project I have be impressed with
the successes and growth of this new start-up archival program. The
Conservancy has good support and has the opportunity to grow to
become an excellent medical research collection under a person who is
outgoing, hard working, and takes an activist approach to our
profession.
