Dear Dr. Parascandola,

I just found out that Louis Brownlow was not a Health Commissioner, but one
of the three District Commissioners in the fall of 1918.  So, I leave it up
to you, whether to post this note on Cadeusus(sp.)  Thanks a lot!  Here is
the note:


I am working on a documentary film about influenza epidemic of 1918.  I am
looking for a photograph of Louis Brownlow, who was one of the three district
Commissioners of the District of Columbia in the fall of 1918.

If anyone has his picture  or knows of a place that has one -- could you
