I would like to invite all interested archivists and others concerned with
the preservation of documentation to attend the SAA Science, Technology and
Health Care Roundtable meeting will be held on Friday August 29 from 4:00 -
6:00 PM at the Fairmont Hotel in Chicago.  The current agenda will include:

Business Meeting:

a. Election/appointment of Steering Committee Members & Newsletter Co-editor
b. Discussion about SCTH Listserve & proposal of a SCTH Website
c. Update on SAA Task Force on Sections and Roundtables
d. Introduction of Chicago Archivists in STHC
e. other business from floor

Program:

"Forming Partnerships to Document Science, Technology and Health Care"
Presenters will discuss how building bridges across discipline lines will
assist the work of archivists, scientists, engineers and health care
providers.

Discussion of 1998 Annual Meeting Session Proposals
