SAA annual meeting schedule vs. STHC

About this year's SAA annual meeting program -- can anyone answer the 
following:

(1) On Friday 8/29, the Museum of Science and Industry Archives Tour is 
from 12:30-4:30, which overlaps the Science, Technology and Health Care 
Roundtable Meeting from 4:00-6:00.  Will there be transportation 
(besides cabs) for those who want to leave the tour early to get back 
for the roundtable meeting?

(2) On Saturday 8/30, _three_ concurrent sessions look like prime 
candidates for STHC Roundtable sponsorship or co-sponsorship:

   1:30-3:30  #41   STAT! Making Health Information Available on the
                       Internet
   1:30-3:30  #43   Where are the Records of Multi-institutional
                       Collaborations?
   2:30-3:30  #50SF Developing Standards for Retained Scientific 
                       Records: What is an Archives?

Which/how many of these are (co-)sponsored by STHC?  If two or three 
are, how did this scheduling come about and whom do we ask to avoid 
such conflicts next year?
