I am dealing with a physician who believes that the film he made in
1966, "Transurethral prostatectomy" was the first film of an endoscopic
surgical procedure.  I am trying to verify this, although he feels fairly certain.
Does anyone have any information that would confirm or deny that he is
correct?  I know the American College of Surgeons had a fairly active film
program for their meetings.  Might there have been something endoscopic
there?

Thanks for any insights you may have on this.
