remaindered copies of the out of print but still in demand book:

edited by Nancy McCall and Lisa A. Mix (Hardcover - Jan 15, 1995)

In addition to informative articles, the book features numerous 
photographs documenting historical medical photography.

We are offering it for sale at the new list price of $40, plus 
$6 shipping and handling. At last check, the lowest price used 
copy on Amazon was listed at $94.

As a bonus if desired, the cost of shipping includes:
