We are in the process of implementing EAD on our finding aids--also 
using DACS. 

Our finding aids will be online at TARO, Texas Archival Resources 
Online (http://www.lib.utexas.edu/taro/index.html), and on our website 
http://www3.mdanderson.org/library/hrc/hrc.html
