REF: Looking for a poster from WWII

I am writing to request your assistance in identifying and finding a copy of a poster from 
WWII. The poster says "Thanks to Penicillin--He Will Come Home" It shows a medic leaning 
over a wounded soldier and there is a slide of penicillin in the top right corner. I have 
seen it online at 

http://ccat.sas.upenn.edu/goldenage/state/state.htm but there is no bibliographic or 
copyright information provided. 

I appreciate any direction you can provide in my search.
