1) Name of your organization
City of Hope National Medical Center and Beckman Research Institute.
2) Size of membership
3) Size of staff (entire organization--full-time equivalent, if that makes a difference)
c. 2,700 employees, about 200 MDs and 150 PhDs and nurses, social workers, etc.
4) Annual budget (entire organization)
c. $350 Million
5) Size of archives staff (full-time equivalent--separate professional and para-professional
if appropriate)
One FTE, to be expanded to two.
6) Date (year) your archives was established
about 30 years ago, though it has been informal
7) Size of archival collections in cubic or linear feet (separate processed and unprocessed
if possible)

8) Do you have library, records management, or similar "allied professional" responsibilities in
addition to your archival duties? If so, please give your best estimate of the percentage
