Call for SAA 2005 STHC Program Proposals

It is not too early to begin thinking about program proposals for NEXT year's SAA meeting: 
the deadline for submission is October 8, a mere 10 weeks away! 

If you have an idea for a topic and/or for speakers -- whether it is fully baked or just a 
notion -- please bring it to the meeting next week, or to the listserv anytime. STHC steering 
committee members (list is at http://www.archivists.org/saagroups/sthc/members.html) and 
others in the Roundtable will be happy to brainstorm with you, at the meeting and on the 
listserv, about your ideas for speakers and topics for 2005. 

As you put together your proposals, remember that the Program Committees tend to prefer 
sessions in which all of the proposed speakers have been contacted and have agreed to 
speak prior to the submission deadline.
