An amendment to Russell's previous message about the tour glitch. Yes we 
are aware of it, and trust that the folks at SAA will do what they can to 
remedy the situation.

However, please DO NOT cc me on your message to SAA if there's a problem w/ 
your tour registration because:
   a. I personally cannot do anything to change an individual's 
registration; that's the job of the SAA folks.
   b. I'm getting ready to go away for 2 weeks and it could mess up my 
email account to have all of those messages coming into my inbox.

I will try to keep on top of the situation w/ SAA, but again, I request 
that individuals NOT CC ME on their correspondence about their registration.
