Last chance to make early registration for the joint NEA/MARAC conference, 
October 24-26. Members who get their registration postmarked by today pay 
only $60 members and non-members pay $95. After today and up to October 18 
the rate goes to $70 for members and $105 for non-members. See NEA's web
