As part of an American Institute of the History of Pharmacy initiative to
identify historical collections in pharmacy, a web site has been created
asking those responsible for collections management in their respective
institutions about the nature and extent of their pharmaco-historical
holdings.  Those interested are encouraged to fill out the form in its
entirety and submit, where the forms will be collected and assessed by the
AIHP's Future of the History of Pharmacy Committee in its effort to locate
resources in the field.
