Friday is the cutoff date for convention-rate hotel rooms; note also 
the warning that only 10% of the SAA room block is still available.

Dear SAA Leaders:

I wanted to send you a quick reminder to make your hotel reservations 
for the SAA 2000 annual meeting in Denver.  If you have not already 
done so, you can contact the Adams Mark Hotel at 800/444-ADAM.

The cutoff date is July 28, however, you may want to make your reservations
today if at all possible.  Once the SAA is block is full, room rates may be
higher and/or rooms may not be available at the hotel.  Our block is
approximately 10% shy of being full.

See you soon in Denver.
